Cheesy Stuffed Sourdough Loaf
Purchase an Italian/French loaf and cut in criss-cross squares.
Insert your favorite cheese(s) in the openings.
Top with green onions and/or cracked black pepper and chopped garlic.
Wrap in tin foil and grill on high heat for 10-15 minutes.
Grilled Lemon Brussel Sprouts
On foil spread 4-6 cups of fresh coarsely chopped Brussel Sprouts.
Drizzle on two tablespoons of olive oil and toss with sea salt.
Put the tin foil pouch on the grill and roll up the sides leaving the top open.
Grill on medium heat for 15-20 minutes.
Serve with fresh squeezed lemon.
Jerk Chicken Wings
Split 10 chicken wings and drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil over the batch on a sheet of foil.
Shake three tablespoons of jerk seasoning over the batch.
Form a packet with the tin foil (like the picture below).
Grill over high heat for about 25 minutes until crispy.
Serve with cilantro and lime!
Gourmet Banana Boats
Make a deep lengthwise cut in each banana and fill with 2 tablespoons of chocolate chips.
Add 2 tablespoons of both mini marshmallows and Golden Grahams cereal (if desired).
Wrap bananas individually and make sure the foil is opened on top.
Cook on medium heat for 8-10 minutes.
Egg and Avocado Breakfast
Spilt an avocado in half with a knife and remove pit.
Crack one egg into each half and top with pepper and raw chopped bacon.
Grill on foil in high heat for about 15 minutes.
Spread the avocado/egg/bacon combination onto toast (if desired).
Garnish with tomatoes and sea salt.
